How do I know which knob I need?
Find the model number on your appliance. On dryers it's usually on a label inside the door opening or on the back panel. On ranges, look on the frame behind the storage drawer or inside the oven door. Then check the "Fits" list on the product page. Not listed? Send us your model number through our Contact page and we'll check before you buy.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order within the United States. Orders ship no later than 2 business days after the order is placed, and you'll get an email with tracking once your order ships.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not right now. We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Can I return or cancel an order?
All sales are final. We don't accept returns, refunds or exchanges, and orders can't be canceled or changed once they're placed, so please check your model number before you order. The only exception is an extended shipping delay, explained in our Refund Policy.
Are these original manufacturer parts?
No. Welch Williams Parts Co. is an independent parts maker. Our knobs are color-matched replacements and are not made, sold or endorsed by GE Appliances, Hotpoint, Samsung or Whirlpool. Brand names and part numbers are used only to show which appliances our parts fit.
How do I install the knob?
Make sure the appliance is off. On a gas range, turn all burners off and let the knobs cool. Pull the old knob straight off the shaft, line up the flat side inside the new knob with the flat side of the shaft, and press it on until it's snug. No tools needed.
